Yes, monthly visits allow us to work closely with your skin and make adjustments based on your upcoming events, stress levels, or seasonal changes. But don’t worry, we’ll schedule everything in advance to make it easy.

If you’re already using products you love and your skin is happy, we may keep some of them. But if you’re not seeing results or you're unsure what’s helping vs. hurting we’ll create a simple, effective routine that supports your treatment plan.

If your wedding is coming up in less than 3 months, we’ll alot more caution will be taken with new products that could cause irritation. But if we have more time, we might suggest a full skincare wardrobe designed to fast-track your results safely and effectively.

Everything we recommend is based on your skin goals, your timeline, and how your skin responds. You’ll never be overwhelmed or left guessing. We’ll make it clear, achievable, and tailored to you.

We totally understand that life (and wedding planning!) can sometimes be unpredictable.

If your membership is over 6 months, you’re eligible for 1 x pause (up to 1 month). For memberships that run 12 months or longer, you’ll also receive 2 additional months of pause time, which can be used either together or separately, depending on what works best for you.

Memberships under 6 months are not eligible for pauses, as consistency is key to achieving visible results in a short time.

Each case is assessed individually, so if something unexpected comes up, just reach out, we’re here to support you with honesty and flexibility wherever we can.

Our bridal memberships transition beautifully into our regular skin memberships, but spots are limited as we offer personalised care and only take on a set number of members at a time. If you're thinking of continuing after the wedding, just let us know early and we’ll do our best to reserve a spot for you (before the waitlist fills).
