How do I know which services to book?

Can you help guide me with what treatments to have?

Yes! If you are unsure where to start we are here to help! Simply make your first visit the "General Consultation" option. This will block out enough time for your preferred booking date, and once you are in the clinic we can discuss the best treatment option for you.

Do I need to do anything before I arrive?

Not at all! Just come as you are - if we do require you to prepare anything for a specific treatment we'll let you know by SMS before your appointment.

Can I cancel or reschedule my appointment?

Booking & Cancelation Policy

Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We
understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule
adjustments. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully
request at least 48 hours notice.

Our Policy:
Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 48 hours will result
in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 50% of
the reserved services or $50, whichever is more. 


If you are more than 15 minutes late for your service, we may not
be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will
apply. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another
time that is convenient to you. 


We require a credit card to hold your appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to your card on file.  

In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services.

Under no circumstance will Cara Co. Skin allow disrespectful
behaviour towards employees, other clients or our respectful neighbours.
Cara Co. Skin is a safe space for all who attend & to make sure we
remain a safe space we have a very strict refusal of service policy
implemented.

We have the right, within reason, to refuse your service &
charge for the service if any of the following (not limited to)
situations occur. 

- Discriminatory Harassment
- Racial Harassment or Discrimination
- Sexuality-based Harassment or Discrimination
- Age-based Harassment or Discrimination
- Disability-based Harassment or Discrimination
- Harassment Based On Religion or Discrimination
